I Found Real Love

I was wandering in the night

I was tired and lonely

I was living without hope

I was seeing without sight

Then I heard Somebody call my name

Flicker of love inside my heart burst into flame

I found real love

When Jesus found me

I found real love

In the life He gave up

Willingly He made the sacrifice

To set us free

He paid the ultimate price

I found real love

When Jesus Christ found me

Now I walk within the light

And when I’m tired and lonely

I can turn to Him for hope

I can walk by faith, not sight

Anytime I can call out His name

Spirit of love within my heart bursts into flame

When I’m tempted to turn back

To the life I knew before

I remember one thing

When Jesus died upon the cross

Though He was rich, He became poor

Then He rose again

And now He’s the King!
